I've been in the health and fitness industry or over 18 years. What lead me into the field was growing up in a heavy family and I was tall and thin. I would see my parents and loved ones struggle with their weight and would see how people would judge them because of it, so I felt that I could go to school and learn about fitness and nutrition I would be able to help them. what I found was that there are many people who struggle the same way as them and it's been my quest to try to cure as many people as I can. every client I have is my mother, father brother etc
When did you start Loutrition?
Loutrition started about 3 years ago and it was all because of a Biggie t-shirt. my brother was at a local fight in Atlantic City and was wearing a Biggie shirt, Jay from first round management was there and saw the shirt and complimented, they started talking and my brother started sponsoring some of their fighters and I meet Eddie truck gordon and at dinner started talking about nutrition and he asked for me help.

Any advice for athletes having a difficult time cutting weight?
Don't do it lol. like I said day 1 if you manage your weight all year long and only are 15-20 max above your weight class you will make weight safe and easy. stop getting so heavy during the offseason.
Do you regular people hire you as well to lose weight?
All the time, those are the people that I started helping so I would never turn my back on them
